Ar. DAVID TWISS: David Twiss is one of the original founding partners of the group of practices Design Collaborative. He was a partner and principal in the Jamaican and Barbadian offices from 1972 through to 1986 and is now presently the partner in charge of the Chester , UK – Design Collaborative offices . David has some 35 years experience in architecture and urban planning and project development embracing tourism/resort development, commercial and urban developments and high and low income housing projects. He has a broad range of National and International experience in particular, waterfront resort development planning. He has been a practicing partner responsible for UK and Caribbean based offices and consultancy teams since 1976 been involved with projects in UK, USA, the Caribbean and South America.
